Constant head and throat ache
I've been having throat ache while swallowing something and because of which I am having constant headache too. The pain increases whenever I go out in cold and decrease whenever I am near warmth.

Your problem could be due to post nasal drip arising out of sinusitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further if needed and determine the treatment accordingly. Antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
