Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From 2 days I have got too much pain in my right ear before some time I have same situation with my left ear

I have been having sneezing and runny nose problems constantly. i had taken treatment with Dr. Allan Andrande and Prasheel patil for the same, but solution they gave is to take tablet on daily basis till that there was relief but after that same problem is continue. Is there any permanent sollution to this

I have wet cough from past one week. I am taking warm water, doing gargles and wearing warm clothes but it's just not getting better. I also took a cough syrup(brozidex) for 3 days but still no improvement

I am feeling heaviness and weighted in right ear and when I put finger in ear, it becomes normal but after 2-3 minutes, again feeling heaviness in ear. There is no pain but it is irritating. What should I do to treat it.

I riding bike when suddenly I noticed something go inside my ears. I got my friend to check if there was something in ear using flash light and he said there was something red. Initially I felt it going inside, but now I don't feel anything. It feels normal. I put some drops of clear wax in the ears. What should I do now ? Will this ear wax remove the bug ?
