Coughing bout when eating

Since last couple of months, i have noticed a coughing bout when i eat, or finish eating , it is similar to like some food particle entering the wind pipe. want to rule out any specific reason for the same. EVN WHEN I AM CAREFUL WHEN EATING

You seem to be suffering recurrent aspiration of food. It can occur when there is incoordination between swallowing and closure of laryngeal inlet. In general reflux laryngopharyngitis is one of the common cause for such an problem. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
