Though ultrasound is not a very soefiuand reliable investigation for dysphagia the report you have described seems to be barium swallow report. There seems to be obstruction at the level of upper esophageal opening which commonly occurs in case of plummer Vinson syndrome (post cricoid web). Anemia is always accompanies this condition. You need to undergo upper gastro intestinal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis
