Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is totally blocked long time Ear wax buildup repeatative continuosly  Throat cough and fever I used many times ear wax removal drops but wax is build some time

Suffering from severe throat pain on both side of the neck since two days. Extreme difficulty in swallowing, speaking. Tried gargling with salt water, drinking hot water but everything is going in vain with no result. Taking hot beverages to get relief but isn't working. Kindly advice.

I have had a bad cold for a few days. No cough or fever. Sometimes at night while sleeping due to blocked nose it becomes difficult to breathe. Very cold inside. Blowing the nose or clearing the throat causes phlegm/cold.Sometimes after clearing a runny nose I often poke my nose with my finger. This is a bad habit of mine. But I see that suddenly once a day or when I forcefully blow my nose, a small drop of blood comes out of the right nostril with a cold. I am terribly worried.My family, neighbors and a nearby doctor also said it was normal. This is what happens when you are very cold inside. They said it is “chorakof" or “the cold that is too much inside "in our local language.Is that right??

I'm facing throat irritation and tongue irritation for past two weeks,if throat irritate tongue is  normal,if tongue irritate and then throat is normal condition,sometimes hard palate also get irritation, could you people assist what should I have to do which doctor should have to consult I don't have smoking and drinking habits and all

I have acute follicular tonsillits diagnosed by ent, its been one day but I have white spots in throat and I feel like it's increasing, , Doctor prescribed augmentin 625,enterogermina, t signo for pain , esotq b dsr and betadine gargle But white spots are something because if which am worried Is it risky and what else can be done to cure? Or any food to avoid or to eat
