I am facing vertigo issues since 8years, every month all of a sudden light headache, left side dizziness, come sign when morning left ear flutter in afternoon dizziness starts. Is there any permanent cure all test in past came normal

I feel pain to touch the area around my upper neck's right side. I felt a round lump there. I'm a bit scared. I smoke occasionally but when i smoke in excess. But i dont smoke daily. 7 times in a month where 3 times i smoke a lot. I want to know about the lump. It is something serious? Because im not a chain or a regular smoker too. I have frequent incidents of tonsillectomy/pharyngitis, snd have to eat antibiotics so many times. An entire few years back said if you have to eat antibiotics more than 3 times a year for this, go for tonsil removal. Should I go for surgery? I read one study that says it increases the risk of certain types of cancers in the next decades? Is that true or inconclusive?

My father aged 55 is suffering from Menier's disease and buzzing sound in ears due to which he gets severe episodes of vertigo and vomiting. Vertin, Stemitil , Dizitac these medications are not giving any relief. There is no improvement even after taking treatment from multiple hospitals from different cities.
