Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, Recently, I have started experiencing fluid discharge from my right ear. I have taken medication and undergone a few tests. The doctor informed me about a hole in the right ear and a deviation of the nasal septum on the right side, which might be causing the ear discharge. The doctor recommended surgery for the nasal septum, with a plan to check the ear hole later. Despite being convinced about the surgery, people around me claim that nasal septum issues are common and advise against the surgery, leaving me feeling a bit confused. Can anyone provide a clear suggestion on this? I have an attached report also.

Hello doctor my son 4yr old has severe non stop cough from 2days was prescribed bactoclav 457, n grilintus syrup I want to no , still how long does it take to work, becoz after giving these, he is coughing a lot while sleeping.

Good Evening respected Sir/ Madam I'm getting ear problems since childhood. Recently visited to an ENT doctor he said my left side eardrum is raptured and had suggested for pus sample test. After that last December 10th to till now . I am noticing tmj pain, including headache (back of ear or occipital areas) swollen lymph nodes or tonsils don't exactly, and neck pain. Even I had a chronic sinusitis problem which also has become worse now days along with pharyngitis, sore throat, a low grade fever, tip of tongue numbness and corner of lips irritating. Is this condition dangerous ? Please suggest something.

Can taking Azithromycin as soon as one suspects chance of infection help prevent N Fowleri infection or one only has to wait and watch for symptoms and can be only treated in hospital with combination of medicines? I had some fresh groundwater go in my nostril today.

I got acute otitis media on January 2, doctor prescribed zocef500 bid for 5 days. The pain is cured ,But still some hearing problem and ear poping present in my right ear. Now a local medical practitioner prescribed Mega Cv 500 bid for 10 days. Should I take it.. I am curious about its hepatotoxicity.
