Dear Respected Dr's I have had pharyngitis and today I have seen 3-4 red round spots on my right sided pharyngitis, Is it some infection causing the multiple red spots or something serious... Actually in the morning I have consulted an EnT specialist but these red spots were not there and suddenly appeared... That's y I am worried please help. Three red dots three different near by spots

Its ok no need to worry It can be granular pharyngitis They will come down Follow treatment as advised by ent doctor And dont look at your throat in the mirror it will unessesarily scare you.
