Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctors, In the morning i noticed a very pimple like inside left chick. It is painless but annoying and when tried to squeeze with toungue 2-3 hrs sometimes came out water type. I confirmed with the taste of it. Then it became flat, but again it rising. Pls suggest me with some meds. Pls help me out

My baby is 6 month old and I am breastfeeding. I have a dry cough, is it okay to take cofsils lozenges while I have continuous cough. If so, how many times a day can I have it. And is it okay to have it while sleeping as the cough is intense while sleeping!

I have a throat infection going on for 2 weeks. First I was given Azithromycin 500mg then I was given Cefixime 200mg. Both of them didn't work. Today I went to another doctor and he gave me Levofloxacin 500mg for 5 days. I looked up about this drug and it has severe side effects. I'm also a type-1 diabetic so I don't want to risk myself. What can I take instead of this antibiotic?
