Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was doing exercise and suddenly after that i felt fullness in ear along with pressure. This was very strange and discomforting. I am very worried as google is showing that this might be due to blocked arteries and hight bp. I am already very anxious about heart issues. I had underwent tests also, ecg echo tmt. Please help and guide and since it has happened my head is feeling heavy. This has also happened 3-4 times in past but today the pressure was a bit high. Please help.

I had a left hand numbness and blue vision recently and gone for multiple tests where an MRI for brain scan mentioned " Polypoidal Mucosal Thickening is seen in left maxillary sinus" . What does it means?. How to cure it

Yesterday when I was having dinner I swallowed a large piece of potato without chewing. Now when I eat rice and after taking 2-3 bytes of rice, I can swallow it but after swallowing I feel like it's stuck in my chest and feel like drinking water. After drinking water when the water passes my neck I feel like the water is passing through something and it pushes the thing . I feel like the food I just ate is in my neck and the water is pushing the food while passing through my neck. And after completing the food I feel like the food will come out. When I normally drink water I don't feel like this only when I drink water with food I feel like it. Pls help me I don't know what is happening. All I know is something is wrong

I ate a large piece of potato without chewing 2 days ago. Now when I eat rice  after swallowing I feel like the food I just ate is stuck in my chest and my chest pains after eating. And also while eating when I drink water I feel like food is stuck in my neck and the water pushes the food with its force to the stomach. What is happening. Pls help me.

My right ear has not been functioning well for four days and i also feel mild pain in my ear...no discharge

Strained voice. No pain. Persistent sore throat.  Difficult to speak is my problem. Antibiotics,  Anti elergics not working. Using antacids now. But not getting permanent solution. Laringoscope normal and uper GI Endo scope also normal. No heart burn. No other symptoms.  Only Strained voice.

Hello. I have mild cough since 6 months it's not curing it's kind of mild cough only. I feel like something is there back of throat and I feel like something is filled in nose. Sometimes I get wheezing sound while breathing. But I can drink and eat properly only this cough is struggling. Cough is sound like different like husky cough. Kindly help. My WBC is 11k , High neutrophils and low lymphocytes. Kindly help

I am facing deviated septum near my right nostril, I am having sinus and because of it I am having this condition, which has happened due to lack of knowledge in my teens about one should not rub nose too much. I am looking for some help which can help me to solve the present condition. I am considering no surgery, kindly provide alternative & guide. Looking forward to positive response.
