I have tongue irritation for past one month I'm attaching the image what should I have to do,could any one assist me regarding on this.

Dear Respected Dr's I have had pharyngitis and today I have seen 3-4 red round spots on my right sided pharyngitis, Is it some infection causing the multiple red spots or something serious... Actually in the morning I have consulted an EnT specialist but these red spots were not there and suddenly appeared... That's y I am worried please help. Three red dots three different near by spots

I am having intense dry cough since last 2 weeks. Feel heaviness in chest. Have continuous coughing for few mins without any phlegm. Feel difficulty breathing while taking stairs, doing minor work. No fever as such but feel lethargic. Cough is more at night. My 1 year old also has similar cough. I took Azithromycin and levocitrizine for 3 days, no effect.
