Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today morning I noticed mouth ulcer in milky white colour which is painless. Earlier there was a small pimple. On it today it got appeared in white colour. Kindly help. I am attaching image..

Hi doctors, In recent days due to cold water I feel continuous discomfort in my throat. When I look in the mirror I see the small tongue inside throat has grown lengthier. Also the left and right sides also grown bigger. Every day I feels like I'm swelling something and it is affecting my day to day life. Kindly guide me how to get cured from this and what are the next steps I should take now. Thank you for the guidance.

8 days ago I swallowed a large piece of potato. While swallowing that piece I had some pain in my neck. Now whenever I swallow rice or cake or bread etc it gets swallowed . But after drinking water I feel some of  the eaten stuff is present in my bottom of my neck and the water pushes the eaten food stuff to my stomach. And also after eating I feel pain in my upper back. Is it serious? Should I go to doctor. If yes should I go to ENT or Gastroenterology? Pls explain me in detail what should I do.

I am using clear wax ear drop from 2 days, getting red liquid of wax after that feel like nausa, dizziness is it normal

I had an infection 4-5 weeks back and i was given cefpodem 200 for 5 days. That time this spot was not there. Then after a week i drank cold stuff by mistake and again cough started, ent gave me same again for 5 days. In the second time of infection i saw this white spot under my left tonsil which wss not there before. And after completion of the course also it's there. Now it's been 1 week since i have completed the course, i still have cough not much but its there. Most of the time dry and sometimes with phlegm. Phlegm is clear in appearance but i have snot from sinus coming as thick white sometimes. I am doing salt water gargling 3 times a day. Please guide me.

8 days ago I swallowed a large piece of potato and I felt pain when swallowing the potato. After that I was burping for 5-6 times whenever I drink water. Whenever I drink water I started burping. I thought it's normal but now from yesterday I am continuously burping every 10-15 mins even when I don't drink water. Pls tell me what's happening. I am very scared. Pls help.
