Hi Dr, My mom has moveable swell on her neck left Since 10 days( not sure if it there from last 10 days or before. Hi I'm 43. No bp no sugar.  I have a white patch on the back of my throat only on the left side near the tonsil area. It feels like a small tonsil inflammation with white patch. The right side is perfectly normal. It keeps coming and going. There are no other symptoms. When I have something cold, I can feel my thesis getting irritated. Im attaching a pic that I have taken. Hopefully that will help. I'm worried it may be cancer or something. Please advise.
