Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, I got prescribed ebast DC with phenylprine HCL for nasal congestion which I took in the evening However,in the morning i noticed dried out blood up inside my left nose top middle division part so is this normal or am I supposed to continue taking it??

Blocked Nose, Ear, pain in cheek bone and forehead since last 9 days . No fever right now. Pls suggest.

Hi I got anxiety attack in Dec 2022 then I was prescribed Inderal LA 40 mg by the GP. Alongside clonotril Tab I stopped clonotril Tab after a week or so Then continue with Inderal LA40 mg tablet and suddenly developed tinnitus on the right ear in March 2023 I stopped Inderal LA40 mg after tapering it to 20mg and complete stopped in April 2023 My tinnitus hasn't stopped yet and also got hearing loss as well on both ears SNHL Although my tinnitus has become less intense than last year but still hasn't stopped My new ENT specialist has advised a brain MRI to see what has happened Constant noise in right ear since then I've never had issues with ears before since childhood Was inderal LA tablet responsible for the tinnitus and hearing loss and what can be done now for the tinnitus and hearing loss? Pls advise

From 2 days, I have had a sore throat which feels like my throat is burnt because of acidity. Hardly a month ago i visited an ENT doctor for cough which was treated after medication. Today i am having a fever of 99.2 F and cough. I had previously asked a question for treatment for my sore throat. Some kind doctors on Practo recommended that i take Amoxicillin/Amoxiclav, betadine gargle, antacid and antihistamines. But i do not know what dose of Amoxicillin to take. A month ago, i took Tablet Augpen ( Amoxicillin 250mg, Potassium clavunate125mg) for one course and followed up with Clarithromycin 500mg for another course after a week. (I have attached my prescription and throat image). Should i take 250mg Amoxicillin again or increase it to 500mg or 1gm? Thank you so much in advance!

I have been having some Weird sensation on my right jaw and one side of my throat... like I have some kind of band around my jaw and throat... is this serious? How can I relieve this sensation

Observing frequent wounds in both the nose, this happened in winter, during noses are blocked. Please guide me on remedies for this. Pic is attached

Dear Respected Dr's I hope you and your loved ones are safe and doing well. Dr I have been watching since 2 months my pharyngitis comes and goes and again comes and goes. .. But 10% of its swelling at the back of the throat is always there and the rest symptoms come and go. I consulted with one ENT, he said it's Streptococcal Pharyngitis, but after taking 5 days of antibiotics course it should be resolved but it's upcoming again and again Can anyone plz help me out from this issue ,. Symptoms:- 1. Acid reflux since a year. 2. Throat swelling 3. Low voice 4. Painful swallowing 5. Throat tightness and spasm 6. Burping Diagnostic test done 1. In Feb 2023 Laryngoscopy done and 1.5 months back indirect laryngoscopy done 2. In June 2023 Upper GI done 3. 3 months back ultrasound done for abdomen 4. 4 days back ENT checked my throat but din do indirect laryngoscopy said it's infectious Pharyngitis Plz help, I hope it's nothing serious I am scared and very much worried

Since last 25 days I have been having lateral tongue redness and burning, I did cbc , tests for auto immune diseases everything is proper , even my b12 and vitamin d are proper . I am getting very anxious if this is something else , it's just been red and burning . Both sides are burning .
