Ear pain but doctor told me ear is fine nothing in there then what it is ??? It hurts in deep , he also checked throat but says it's fine too

I have a throat infection going on for 2 weeks. First I was given Azithromycin 500mg then I was given Cefixime 200mg. Both of them didn't work. Today I went to another doctor and he gave me Levofloxacin 500mg for 5 days. I looked up about this drug and it has severe side effects. I'm also a type-1 diabetic so I don't want to risk myself. What can I take instead of this antibiotic?

I have been seeing this very tiny but hard mass from 2 months, It is non ulcer , donot bleed , It appears to be very smooth surface. I have a habbit of drinking and eating very hot things so one day when i drank hot coffee i thought my skin got irritated and it appeared, but its been 2 months it is not going neither it is growing. I have this nodule or whatever it is on right side of roof of my mouth and also i can feel very small tiny round lumps on left side as well but only if i press my left hard pallet and rub my finger over it only then i feel them , kindly help I am a non drinker and i don't smoke The day i noticed this i keep on touching this kindly help

My baby is 1.5 year old, she was born with cleft palate which we operated, she had her first set of ear tubes at 6 months old which fell out at 1 year old,doctor checked her ears for infection using tympanometry  and recommended another set of ear tubes, now that her cleft is operated,do we need another set of tubes, will the repeated ear tubes cause any damage to baby's ears, how often should we change these ear tubes in the future, please advice. Very worried
