Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recent I have done a fullbody test.Evrything related to CBC,lipid,liver,renal is fine. But I have low vitamin d and thyroid is also there Sometimes I feel breathing issue and lethargic. Here I am attaching the report. Is workout under sunlight for 30-60 min daily beneficial or shall I go by medicine lifetime.

There is white line kind of a thing in throat , sorry throat is there Is it severe what can be it ?

I have suffered from cold and flu several times since last two years. Everytime I visited the doctor they prescribed some medicines and I took them and cured in some days but after some months again the problem started. Recently I took a fullbody test from thyrocare and got to know my tsh is 38.I have hypothyroidism.But why no doctor since last two years never prescribed me to do a thyroid test as I told them my problem in detail like throat sore,cold,body pain,feeling cold sometimes. And when normally doctor prescribed for a thyroid test.

Hello Doc, From the last couple of days I have had sudden stretching pain between my chin and throat whenever i look upside. Although my throat is clear and also I don't have any cough issues. Please explain the cause of pain and treatment

Hi team I was on propranolol 40mg ( Inderal LA)last year ( from Dec 2022-April 2023) for anxiety after my sister's death Suddenly developed ear clogging and ringing on the right ear only in March 2023 Also developed hearing loss Stopped it completely in April last year Ear ringing continues today as well in the right ear but it's not loud as it was last year and it's reducing slowly Doc's ENT specialist said nothing can be done I've low vitamin D levels and no ear issues since birth History of taking calls for 1yr now off calls Pls advise whether the hearing is improving and the tinnitus is temporary? I didn't know that the medicine caused this Attached this year and last year audiogram images

My daughter is suffering from continuous cough ( phlegm) and cold from past 4 years. Visited many doctors but nobody said anything unusual. But She is not gaining weight and when she runs she coughs like anything.  It is making me worry more. She is showing asthmatic symptoms. And She looks very weak. Not sure which doctor should I be visiting this time ENT or Pulmnologyst? I also want to get the TB test done for her. How can I get it done too? Please guide 🙏

Hello doctors, The weather in Pune is very dry these days and I wake up with a dry mouth in the morning in spite of good water intake throughout the day, the dry mouth and dry nostrils are yet present only in the morning which makes the first swallow of saliva feel lumpy in the throat. After 10 to 15 mins of waking up however I have thick mucous produced in the nose and mouth is normal again. Rarely sneezing happens in the morning. May I request steps to manage this, shall I opt for a humidifier. Thank you

I had a cold or nasal mucus since last 1 month. Then after picking the nose, I used to see a little drop of blood in the cold or sputum once or twice a day when clearing the throat or blowing the nose almost every day. At practo doctor told not to pick nose/ clear throat forcefully. Then I don't touch my nose or forcefully clean my nose or throat. But 8-10 days ago automatically it gets fixed. Again 4-5 days ago I got a lot of cold, but yesterday while cleaning my nose with my fingers, I got a drop of blood on my finger, it seems to have been cut by a nail inside. If i clean my nose since yesterday, maybe after cleaning it four or five times, a little drop of blood is coming to the cold. Give some suggestion what can be done
