Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is it possible to have cold for 8 days? I was suggested only to take Allercet DC tablet with paracetamol, saying that this is viral infection. But my cold is like not got at all. Nasal congestion is too much and it's happening for 4 days now and before that 4 days I had runny nose and itchy throat.

If one got Ramsay hunt syndrome.And recovered from it.Can this disease come again later at any stage?? And if it can come, what can be the potential symptoms?..to differentiate its not any kind of fever or other.

Doctor has recommended Adenotonsillectomy for my kid .she is 8 years old. will it be more painful after surgery.

Im having problem in tongue from more than a year. initially I thought its a geographical tongue and I used to scrap my tongue twice a day. First time when I consulted ENT doctor he told its a throat infection and gave some medicines. I have used for 45days but there is no luck. And again I consulted one more ENT doctor he said its due to vitamin deficiency and asked me to use Zincovit for 1 month. But there is no change. Recently I consulted famous dentist in my area, and using lyvit multivitamin and Methylprednisolone tablets from 2 weeks. and he recommended me never scrap the tongue. I have attached required pictures. Need suggestions to get out of this. My mouth is giving some bad smell because of this. Please help me
