Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a clicking/bony sound in my throat on the right upper side when I purposely swallow my saliva. Its almost negligible when I'm busy in any physical activity. ENT doctor diagnosed pharyngitis and I'm done with 5 day course of antibiotics. The clicking is also not present when I'm fully relaxed or having food. Could this be psychological? Though whenever I swallow purposely the clicking is one sided, should it not be on both side in case nothing major? Extremely dull numbness on right side of mouth only feel it when I focus a lot on it. I just have a history of allergic rhinitis and right now it's just not my season. Summer takes all my issues away😌 Thank you

Hi doctor, am 13months feeding mother, am getting pain in ears , teeth , cheeks and forehead . eyes are twiching at sometimes. having cold. getting pain from neck to total head. am getting fear what is happening to me. what is the reason for this. once it is getting on left side . another time it is coming on right side. headache tooo.

Hi - Trachea hurts on right hand side while swallowing. I have been experiencing this for over a week now? It doesn't hurt while I rest. Even while talking it hurts some times especially after I wake up from sleep. Can you please suggest Thanks.

I am having an habbit of eating hot food and tea , 3 months back i drank a very hot coffee and the next day i noticed sore roof of mouth and a rounded pimple type hard swelling on my roof of mouth , no ulcer and no pain in the swelling , In the morning when i wake up it feels a little flat , after i eat something it becomes more prominent it feels very smooth to touch and hard round mass. When i press it hard it squeezes and area turns little purple , but since 3 months its not improving although its also not increasing in size i can feel 2-3 more similar type of round hard lumps adjacent to this but those are very small to feel and touch but the are feels very smooth to touch , I have never smoked or taken any tobacoo . I am really afraid of thing being cancer.

Whenever i try to sleep in night, my throat become tight and im unable to swallow salaiva or air, its like something stuck in my throat . I dont feel anything in day or during eating. Only in nights it happens. When i lie down to side also the tightness in throat is more. I feel like suddenly my tongue has become more lengthy and feel like keeping it outside. I feel breathless. It is intermittent issue. And seems to happen mostly in summers to me. I had done many tests but everything is normal. I faced this one year back and it's repeating now after many days. I dont have any bad habits and im on diet now and didnt eat any heavy foods so it doesnt look like GRED or acid reflux . Please help

I was down with rhinitis a month back and during coughing and might have injured my throat a bit however I made full recovery and recently whenever I swallow saliva specially when it's below 180° angle I have a clicking or extra gulping sound in my right side of throat when I swallow saliva. The ENT clinic diagnosed it as pharyngitis and my 5 day course is done.  The click or extra gulp sound is still present and is highest in the morning when I wake up. No sound when I swallow food or water. Sometimes there is white phelgm when I clear my throat. Along with the throat click there is slight clicking in the ear as well but very dull. Took second opinion on practo as well and they too diagnosed it as pharyngitis. The overall symptoms have improved however the clicking sound has not gone away yet, tonsils are alright and just crypts are there without stones. The throat gulps are not painful just annoying when I focus on them. I tried gulping tilting my head upwards and no sound produced.

Yesterday i had heartburn and acid reflux which causes my ears and nose burning sensation. from that my right ears makes a knocking or cracking or clicking sound whenever i burps . please let me know any remedy. which would clear this out. which is really annoying. thanks in advance.

So, I had a throat infection and i have done a course of cefpodem 200 for 5 days, today is the last day. Symptoms wise 98% symptoms cough and phlegm has reduced and throat irritation too. But this white spot under the tonsil has not gone away or reducing. Please help me if that is concerning or it will go away in due time?
