Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctors, I am suffering with Cough and Cold for 3 weeks now. My ear is getting blocked frequently. Sometimes it's getting removed during yawning. But again after some time getting same problem. Can you please help me with the reason and solution for this frequent ear blocking.

Free t3 is 6.1 free t4 is 1.67 Tsh is 1.33 What can be understood by this report. Should we do some other test.

I had fever and sore throat and stuffy nose, I cleared it in a day by salt water gargle, soup like self treatment but fever comes and goes today is second day, I'm writing this message beacause, when I suck up from my throat or nose my mucus colour yellowish green with little bit blood in it, second time I suck it up no blood,just green or yellowish mucus
