Hello, Don’t worry allergic rhinitis is a common yet distressing condition to those affected by it. You’ll need to visit an ENT doctor first so that a detailed evaluation can be done to rule out sinonasal polyposis since you’ve been suffering for so long. Firstly avoid rubbing nose since it aggravates the condition. Secondly addressing your other concern, there could be an associated deviation of the nasal septum, which can be diagnosed with a hospital visit. If you need an immediate solution, you can consider coming for an online consultation with me and we can work out a treatment plan for you.
