Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, I am having infection with PUS inside in right ear, consulted doctor and taking antibiotics with candibiotic drops. Infection getting better but now Suddenly From yesterday I am hearing some pumping noise (like pulse sound in infected ear) which is disturbing my sleep. Is this normal during infection or what. Please confirm

My son 9years old got continous cold for 3 months, hence got enlarged adenoids and turbinates. Is it going to cure by itself or medical intervention required? He does mouth breathing and snores as well

Right side throat pain from 3 months. Dr told it is tonsil stone, took antibiotics, now visible stone dislodged itself, but having persistent throat pain right side of throat, sometimes feels like spreading all over. I can feel that a pungent smell coming from nose all the time . I had breathing issue while playing , Could not breath through nose. After this incident , incident I have same issue while sleeping at night also.can someone tell me it is lungs issue or nose issue?
