Dizziness while turning around
Hello, I am feeling dizziness while turning from left to straight position or right to straight position. I am breastfeeding mother and I always breastfeed in lying position. I delivered in September 2023 and on exclusive breastfeeding. From yesterday I am facing this issue, also I am feeling vomitting sensation. Please suggest.

As you are always breastfeeding in lying position , its aggravating your cervical spine problem..recommend to breastfeed in proper sitting position..cervical exercises could help..will be better able to guide with detailed consultation physical or online
