Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got acute otitis media on January 2, doctor prescribed zocef500 bid for 5 days. The pain is cured ,But still some hearing problem and ear poping present in my right ear. Now a local medical practitioner prescribed Mega Cv 500 bid for 10 days. Should I take it.. I am curious about its hepatotoxicity.

Hello, I have been suffering from throat discomfort and i got USG neck done...impression says - no significant abnormality detected but on the other hand it also says  : Bilateral subcentimetric  cervical lymph nodes are seen with maintained central fatty hilum. Lymph nodes of right side largest measuring 9 *3.1 mm and level II and left side largest measuring 8.7 * 3.3 mm at level II...pls tell me is this serious ? Added photo

My father aged 75 has swallowing issues and took a CT Neck and found this in the impression "Soft tissue density lesion involving the base of tongue , right vallecula and right lateral pharyngeal wall.    -Suggested scopy correlation" We are planning to go for a scopy soon, is it done as op? Or do we need to prepare similar like endoscopy procedure? They said biopsy might be taken during the scopy. Pls advise if it can be done in the doctor's room itself? Q2. Can it be a cancer? (No weight loss so far) Thanks

It feels like food stuck in the right lower part of the throat. The feeling comes and goes. I went to Gastroenterologist, he said, I have mild GERD, did an endoscopy with Hills Grade ll hernia but said didn't find any problem in throat or esophagus. Then I went to ENT, who said, just the throat wall is dry and have little mucos and suggested I did CBC check and gurgle regularly. My RBC is low at 4.2 in CBC. I have taken all kinds of medication but the feeling of food stuck seems to come and go. I don't have pain, not difficulty in swallowing. Nobody is able to tell, what is going on.

Today my son 6 year old had nose bleeding... All of sudden without any pain. Can you please help me with the reasons and treatment for it. Thanks in advance.

When I focused tourch light noticed that some whitish stuff in  ear canel. it seems little bit of wetted.
