Something stuck below throat
I have a feeling of something stuck in the adam's apple of the throat. It gives me choking feeling and also makes me want to vomit. This feeling has lasted me more than 15 days. I am on the antibiotic dose of cefuroxime axetil 500 mg as per the ent doctor but I don't see any reduction in the feeling. I have attached the picture of back of my throat. What could it be?

It's pharyngitis.. Get ent opinion for treatment.

Looks like granular pharyngitis , kindly visit ENT doctor for video laryngoscopy to confirm.
