What is the treatment for this, now Im using drops so that i can breath through my nose but now its not working anymore. i need your advice. Thank you

I have been on antibiotics for strep throat for 4 days. on the 2nd and 3rd day of taking the antibiotics i felt great. But this morning i woke up with me left ear extremely congested and dizziness. how can i make this go away?
