Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Have been having ear pain since 2 weeks. Tried waxiclean to clean the ear. But no effect. Pains while chewing, sometime so worse that I can not open my mouth wide.

That insect not even irritating,no pain in ear nothing..what I need to do to know whether it's still there in my ear or not? Please let me know soon

What is a dry cough? Will it have sputum? I want to understand what does it mean?

My mother has thyroid for the last 20 years, she is 74 years old, she weigh 64 kg. she is Diabetic also she has high blood pressure. she take regularly Levothyroxine, the dosage she take is from 50-150. Now she has a fatigue, & i took her to lab & the result is TSH=36.69 and T4=7.04, now the dosage she taking is 50. So, what dosage do you recommend? two doctors has different opinions, the 1st Dr. recommend to increase & the 2nd one recommend to continue with the same dosage.

I think its heat boil inside the nose .. at two places Whit results in swelling paining
