Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Before less than 2 months I think I have ruptured my ear drum a few blood and fluid came out for some time .at that time I have gone to doctor and doctor gave me some medicines and I have taken them till now I have no problem in my my hearing my hearing is normal do I have to do surgery or it may heal on its own. I am not sure can you help me

I have cold 365 days a year i.e. even during summer season i suffer from cold. Even though i suffer from cold , i feel hot during winter season. I love living in cool environment.

From the last six months my mother is facing irritation in throat .we consulted some E.N.T doctors they gave antiallergics ,dry cough syrups but nothing worked.then a pharmacist said that the irritation could be a cause of ramipril tablet as per his knowledge...it's a side-effect of ramipril is he right ..if not what should I do to get rid of this problem . She's a diabetes and a heart patient and she's on a strict medication .

Hi, I am 28 years old vegetarian non smoker non drinker woman. Recently 10 days back I had got viral fever, throat infection and cough. I consulted the physician and took 3 days medicinal course. Little bit of cough is still there. But from last 2-3 days I am observing that morning I see little of black color in the sputum. Later in the day or some other time it will be a normal sputum but morning time once or twice I get sputum with little of black content in that. What would be the reason.
