Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son is 5 years old.since 3 years he is suffering from severe cough and nose block and vomiting..I do nebulisation..every time I ended up giving antibiotics..every 15 day's same story continuous.

My mother is in Govt service and is of 55 years. She is suffering from cold since last 6 days. She is also taking stress due to office issues for post one month. All of sudden first time in her life she had nose bleeding on 9 Nov 2017 during office hours(around 12Pm). We then consulted physician and during her diagnosis her BP came 160/90 and doctor gave 3 days medication for cold and BP. But today on 10 Nov 2017 also she has nose bleeding in afternoon and in evening. Tomorrow we are also going to ENT specialist. I want to know that what could be the possible reason for this sudden and intermittent  nose bleeding. Please reply ASAP
