I am 18 years old and I have a very soft voice similar to girl's voice.. I want to make it bolder and make it like a manly voice. how can i treat it without surgery... how can I treat it at home... please tell me every type of remedy other than surgery.. I will follow every solution at my best to cure the problem

I am a chain smoker, and these days i am quitting it, i am feeling lil pain in my sinuses and also swollen mouth and throat and always feel cough coming from my throat and i can't breath properly from my nose and i can breath from my nouth and also when i try to drink something my ear gets silent, its something like going inside my ears and also i am seeing floaters in my eyes from a long time, and there is pain in my right arm muscles and joints, and feeling lots of acidity. please help me exactly what i am suffering from

Cold for 1 week taken homeopathic medicine now feeling better but today 1st itiching in ear then very pain in ear( left only) for 10 hours also ear discharge with watery color but now slightly brownish . fever at night 99.6.

My son is 8 years & he is suffering from running nose and doesn't take breath easily because of chest block.he takes breath with mouth not with nose.He is itching his nose all the time.He faces these problems very much.what can I do .I took him too many doctors but they doesn't gave him relief.After some time it repeats.

Lymph node behind my ear has been swollen for 2 mo. I saw a GP 1 mo ago. He told me to wait a month and if it persists, to see a specialist, so now I'm scheduled to see the "head and neck" Dr a month from now. I'm concerned about having this for 3mo before I see a specialist. If this is cancerous, will 1mo make a difference in terms of prognosis? Should I call different offices? The node is not painful, ovoid, firm, round, and ~1 in all dimensions. 23 F. No other symptoms currently.
