I have a Blowing nose,Soar throat. I am constantly Sneezing. Regularly Coughing... What should I do? Some medicinal suggestions please?

Hello well the first thing is it right to avoid the allergens as much as possible and secondly you need to do salt water gargling as it will help to reduce irritation and also do the steam inhalation and thirdly try to drink warm water as much as possible...Thank you
