Having continuous nose block, sneezing, runny nose. Temporarily stops when i have an antihistamine. When i sleep the nose block increases. Have a dust allergy problem

Hello i got blood from nose during sneezing . Is good or bad . I was surfering from cold . From two days two or three times i got blood from nose. Pls help me
