Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, after hearing some loud conversations in home, i am feeling decreased hearing. Audiogram test shows results are normal. Still I am wearing ear muff for protection in home and outside to reduce noise. Please let me know if wearing ear muff all the time helps prevent hearing loss.

I have had a lump in my next for 3/ 4 weeks, it is halfway down my neck on the right hand side. It it felt easier when my head is lifted. There is one the other side but not so big.

My fiancee has a problem in hearing from left hear.Actually during his childhood he had a problem of could and cough so during that he did not cure it properly. After few years he realized that he could hear less from his left ear comparing to right ear. His ent doctor told him that his left ear bone has stuck due which happened due to cold and cough. The doctor suggested to get an operation .Please suggest if it it can cause any serious problem like deafness in future ?

I had breathing difficulty due to excess creation of saliva ,once I finish eating had to go and spit saliva and creation of mucus choked my throat which created breathing difficulty, had this problem.from last 2 month went to Pulmonary specialist , he said I have air allergy, not agree to had, these issue happing coz of mucus issue, and from last 2 days I got pain in throat which leads to fever and dry cough,pls help.

I have constant headache, running nose, fever and body pain from last 2-3 dayd

How to clear my ear,can I use hydrogen to clear ear by myself or please suggest me a suitable medicine.

I have cold through out winter.at nights my nose gets blocked .i will be sneezing throughout winter mainly at night and morning.how to prevent this at home

Runny nose, extreme pain in right side of face near the ear. Pain subsides, when warm dry cloth is applied to the face. Pain aggravates when anything hot or cold is consumed.

I have been nose blooding for one week during morning and evening , blood suddenly come from right side nose

I've been having throat ache while swallowing something and because of which I am having constant headache too. The pain increases whenever I go out in cold and decrease whenever I am near warmth.
