Dizziness and confusion with mono
Hi, I have mononucleosis, and one concerning symptom is that I have been getting confused and dizzy, sort of feeling like I am out of reality. However this symptom only occurred at the beginning of getting mono and has come back today. is this normal?

Any viral infection can cause generalized weakness and symptoms of dizziness. Usually treatment is symptomatic such as adequate hydration by consuming liquids frequently and rest for couple of days. Usually medications are not required
