Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm suffering from daytime sleepiness and feeling fatigued during my office hours, hence poor concentration at work. I usually only breath by one nose, dunno whether is helps but thought I'll mention it. been suffering from this for many years and now its too much to handle. My life has become difficult n I am helpless.

I have just been to the hospital and have been diagnosed with severe chronic tonsillitis as well as impetigo around my mouth which you may know is highly contagious. I have also come down with a high fever and have been prescribed antibiotics. I have had 3occasions of tonsillitis over the past 2 months . I am in so much pain and can’t speak or swallow anything and my glands are very swollen !! HELP

I have been so much cough last 1 week.and i m not digesting food properly. And have a lot of pain in my chest

I had a car accident on oct24 , 4 days after that I had an uncomfortable feeling in my left ear. I can hear clearly but initially I felt that there was a curtain/ flap in the ear..that feeling lasted a few days and went away. But the uncomfortable feeling is always there. Today my left ear hurts - its not unbearable, I don't take any pain killers for it. But the uneasy feeling in my left ear lingers

When i swallow every single time my both ears make a noise like crackling is it normal

I have a low frequency hearing loss and I hear sounds in my ears that come with the rythm of my pulse and I have this since 1 year ago and I am 22 years old.

My wife has a hearing loss in her right ear from birth, while i don't have any problem like that. Will effect our babies?Will it be a genetic for coming generations?
