Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have snoring problem. it's come very high level voice. My thyroid level also high. Please suggest, what impact on my health.

I have been having sinus problem for more than 3 months. now i have started having severe headaches in last couple of weeks. phlegm (when i spit) comes in greenish color. I could sense a bad odour as well

My ear locks quite often nd i hve to put some pressure to open it by holding nose

I have heavy cough and becuase of cough my ear is not working i listen very slowlly and some time is ok and some time is not ok

I had undergone the Tympanoplasty Surgery of left ear on 17 Oct it's been 1 month and now I can hear better than before, though it's less compared to my Right ear. Will my left ear recover totally as it was before just like my right ear? Or it will improve lil but won't be perfect like Right ear? And if it will how long it takes?

My mom is having water bubble kind of ulcer/sore/blister (chaala) inside throat since 6 months. please advise.

Dear Sir / Ma'am, I am looking for the treatment advise for my Mother. She is 52 yrs and from last few days observed swelling in throat and intetnal thyriod glands. We consulted some local doctor in the city and he infomed us for the possibility of Cyst and advised us to go for sonography of throat and one more test similar to Biopsy where some sample is collected from cyst. We are scared now and don't want to go for the biopsy test. Please advise for proper treatment process.

Doctor, my ear got blocked ,i constantly got popping sound n feel alright but after few secs it again got blocked n it goes like this for the past 4 days i ve been using ear wax cleaner for the past 2 days still couldn't unblocked .please give me some advidse regarding how to solve this problem of mine? thanks

Dear sir, I am not able to smell from last two years. I can't even smell strong odours like gas pr perfume. But my sense works fine for 10-15 minutes once  in 3-4 weeks. I have no breathing issue with my nose. Some time phalgun/mucus comes from nose in morning which contains few blood clots(image en closed) , when I take cold drinks in previous night.

I am suffering from continuous headache for about 3 days with pain in cheekbones, at cheekbones it feels like being pierced. Moreover I can barely breathe as nose blocked. I am taking an expectorant still not having any effect also. Please help.
