Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My doctor told me I had a sinus infection and now I am taking amoxicillin and fluticasone and I was just wondering will it be okay if I drink green tea or chamomile tea while on it. Will it help? Or hurt

I went to ent doctor and he told the ear is absolutely clean but still I feel it filled with something and when I move my head some noise also comes, I am having sinus problem too and cough is present.

This pain started in the morning and patient had difficulty in swallowing The pain was severe.
