Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having cough and catarrh for the past few weeks now (3 weeks). Please how can I get rid of it?

I have Throat problem in about 5 Years, When I Loudly Talk with someone, then Throat scratches. If I laugh loudly then Cough come to throat. and Throat scratches. sometimes The cough is stuck in the throat. I regular try to sing song but. i cant sing any more. Few month ago I take a montilukas tablet for 3 month. no improve after that. How can i Remove easily. please solve this Provlem.

When i am sleeping i am breathing with my mouth which results in fever and cough. after taking antibiotics i am able to recover from fever but not cough. i am keep on coughing even after recovered from fever for a very long time

Hi, I have mononucleosis, and one concerning symptom is that I have been getting confused and dizzy, sort of feeling like I am out of reality. However this symptom only occurred at the beginning of getting mono and has come back today. is this normal?

I can't eat or drink anything. I had this kind of problem before, I really have to chew my food in smallest pieces possible. But yesterday somehow it got stuck in my throat. I was eating dosa, so it isn't like any hard piece, it maybe dosa piece and potato. After trying really hard I could now drink a sip of water in 2 minutes. Mussels relaxor may help me relax food pipe. Earlier this happened a doctor gave me some mussels relaxor.

I had fever for about 3 days and a sore throat. I took medicine prescribed by a general physician. After that my nose got blocked so its difficult to breathe. And my ear is clogged too and now u cant hear properly too. I also have headache. But the fever is now gone
