Ulula is long on mouth, so this i get cough and fevar and other diseases,, cold also, im a patient of dust allergy in khammam hospital since 1 year

Elongated uvula is not a disease in itself and usually occurs secondary to chronic irritation such as reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder or chronic allergies. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
