Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From two days my mouth is sour. My buds on toung are swollen and redish-yello in colour. My throat is also in same conditions. If I even eat an apple it feel like very rough in mouth and it damages my inner mouth skin. Whole skin inside the mouth is like burning. There are no white patches anywhere. Evem my throat is also feel like it got swollen.

Runny rose, stuffy nose, sinus pressure, cough, congestion, tiny red spots on back part of roof of mouth, and white spots on tonsils

My internal ear is very painfull i can't tolerate this pain ,thorat pain and headace also

I have been having ear pain for past 2days. I have used clear wax ear drop and paracetamol to avoid pain.

Eco sound in left ear Cannot understand a single word. Is there any treatment for this. Kindly help me..

I have been suffering from constant sneezing in the morning from10 yrs along with running nose.

For the past week I have dealt with a loud ringing sound in my right ear and congestion. It is making life so hard for me. I went to a doctor that said there is no damage to eardrum than I went to an Audiologist who said there is no damage to cells/hairs and that my hearing was excellent. I am going to an ENT on tuesday, I feel so hopeless. Do you think this will be permeant?
