Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Cannot speak. Cannot swallow. Suffering from fever . severe pain in nose and throat since last three days.

I have woken up today with very severe pain in my left ear. What should I do to cure this. This is no instance of any water going inside it or similar. P.S. - During Air journey, at the time of landing, I always get unbearable pain in my ears and head. I had travelled very recently and the ear pain did not subsided for the next two days. Please see if it is too related to my with ear pain?

For last few years at random moments I will just choke on nothing and have a coughing fit, normally leading to being sick from gagging. Happens every few days.

I have an itching in my throat for a long time. Some time it hurts while eating.

I just notice yesterday.. that one of my salivary submandibular gland is maybe swollen it can be felt only when I put my neck down .. there is no lump . It's very slightly pains n a lil sore throat..

I am getting air blowing sound in left ear, which matches with heart beat rethem this sound is hearing 24*7 but i am hearing when the area is silent, so please suggest me the solution, facing problem from 1year.

I starts coughing and wet feel in oxygen pipe after drinking liquid when I drink

SINCE LAST THREE DAYS I FEEL SOME AIR OR STUCK IN MY LOWER NECK,WITHOUT PAIN, BUT QUITE IRRETATING,NO SWELLING OR NO THING LOOKING FROM OUTSIDE..IN EVENING IT MORE..IN MORNING IT LESS

Yeaterday I swell in and suddenly felt throat came up. Was pain. Then whenever I swell it pains.

Allergic seasonal cough for last 2 years. Occurs 3 to 4 times a year, recovery time 15 to 20 days usually with antibiotics and anti histamines. Chest CT scan all clear.
