Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is a severe pain in my left ear and also it has quite swollen up. And i am not able to hear properly from my right ear. This was caused by a hard hit on my ear. There is no bleeding from both the ears.

I am not able to make movement of left side facial muscles and I think it may be because of ear infection. Please help me in this case

I am having cough and a runny and blocked nose since 3 days. I also sneeze a lot.

Sir I am 22 year old male and a student from odisha. Almost everyday i am facing cold problem. I am getting relif after consuming montelucast sodium with levocetrizine tablet. When i am taking the tablet till the next 1-2 days i am not facing cold. Should i take this throughout my life? I have taken several time full course from various doctors but after the course over again cold

For the past 1-2 days I’m facing an issue i.e. sneezing, running nose, itchy eyes( on rubbing eyes swollen and becomes red) and itchy throats. Whom shall i contact?
