Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having nasal congestion for the past 10 years now..and I' m not sure if its sinus or not..and I'm also suffering from chronic halitosis..I have a query that is it the nasal congestion thats causing halitosis? And if it really is a sinus problem? Can halitosis be eliminated if this sinus is treated?

I am not able hear clearly due to ear wax build up I tried softening it by some ear drops and I also went to a doctor earlier who removed wax but still problem is the same

Got ct scan done.polypodial mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral maxillary nd right sphenoid sinuses.left middle inferior turbinate hypertrophy noted.bilateral osteomeatal complex is obliterated.concha bullosa noted on right side.

My ear wax are dry and tight but i don't want to wait for weeks and eardrops and then do the ear wax removal is there any way you can remove then there

Since 1 year or so, at random times, I get sharp pain that lasts few seconds in my ear, which reoccurs every several hours or the next day It comes on when I use headphones, and especially at the moment of removing them. I use really low volumes but that doesn't help much. I listened to music at loud volumes hours long in the past, but never been doing that since few months. Recently I've been finding wax after using headphones. Doctors around are so terrible, I prefer self-diagnosis.

Lot of mucus production and having alagra and citrazin but not helping. Lot of swalling in internal nesal passage. Have to use otrinoz 0.1% nesal drops so that I can breath. I am using it only once at night. Steem also not helping. Having this condition for last 15 days.

Few years back (4-5) I was suffering from Sinus disease like Sore throat, runny nose, swollen tonsils, fever, cough etc. many times I visited to our family doctor & they gave me medicine. I am suffering from cough for around two months, taken different cough syrups and even consulted a doctor but result was not satisfactory. I am little bit worried please help

I keep getting this every 3 to 4 months so I am familiar enough to say that I have got throat infection, I just don’t remember the medicine the doctor prescribed last time. Symptoms: Throat pain, irritation(I guess) Please suggest.
