Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Whenever i listen to music through earphones i experience less sound in my right ear compared to my left ear. Please help me in getting out from this problem

I’ve had water stuck in my ear for 3 days and my hearing is a little bit muffled.

Few days back I removed ear wax from an ENT using a vaccum like device. After that my friend saw the inside of my ear cannal using torch light. She could see white pus filled acne in the walls of my ear cannal. It is not painful but it is itchy

Most nights an odd thing happens with my nose, when I sleep/lie down on the right side the right nostril gets blocked over time and when I move over to lie down on my left side the left nostril slowly blocks up and at the same time my right nostril opens up. This has been happening for 1-2 years and now when I stand up sometimes my nostrils slowly start blocking up

Because of cold eardrum got tored in one ear.whether she can use cotton balls in ear for everyday.And if she has cold can she use cotton balls in both ears.
