I have bloody sputum in the morning

I've been having this boody sputum for more than a year now. It normally comes out when I try to clear my throat of mucus. I normally have cartarrh every month, sometimes every week and take procold to relieve it. Just today I noticed blood in my nasal mucus while recovering from catarrh.
