Ihave rally strong phlegm from long time dont know what to igo to doctors and take medicenes but there is not any help

As per your description you might have nasal allergies.. rhinosinusitis should be also ruled out..take steam inhalation regularly.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment ..
