Deviated nasal septum which is symptomatic needs to be treated by surgery known as septoplasty. There are no medicines which can help. Usually surgery is safe and usually complete recovery occurs within  week. Rest may be required for few days
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
