Throat swells hard to breathe
This usually happens after I’ve been singing a lot. One side of my lymph nodes I think that’s what they are called, swell and it I can feel it against my tongue , it goes down after a while but it keeps reappearing . It kind of looks like a walnut on one side of my throat

You seem to be looking at enlarged tonsils inside your throat. If it is not associated with throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry about it as it is not abnormal to see large sized normal tonsils
