I always feel cough in my throght from past 2 yrs. I took medicine but still I feel that there is something like cough is in my throght .

As per your description you might have post nasal drip..it could be due to rhinosinusitis or nasal allergies.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
