Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In this year 14th February blood had comed from my right side nosal and the test which doctor had done are all normal but from since that day my right side nosal gets blocked again and again and that time doctor had told me to use Otrivine for nose blockage

For the last 8 days at 2-3 times throughout the day when I turn my head to the left and swallow there is a pain near my adam's apple it is short and does not cause any further problems. I do not notice any tenderness or swelling

I have a lump onmy left side of jaw in front of ear and most days I feel like it get swollen and when it gets swollen my ear fills full and my nose gets blocked on one side and I get foggy brain and start feeling tired. When it goes back to normal I feel fine. It's impacting me at work and home.

Heard a loud noise which has cause my ear to feel blocked, i went to my local a&e who decided to give me 60mg of predisolone and 20mg of omeprazole whislt i was there , i was not aware of what he was giving me as it was not explained, i have only taken 60mg (12x 5mg ) so far and was told to continue taking 60mg a day for 7days. The following day i experience very bad symptoms confusion, mood swings, abdominal pain, weakness. Can i stop taking as it is doing alot of damage and seems too much

Wheezing and ear blockage almost since a week. Also bad cold and cough. Used otek ac ear drops and otrivin nasal drops.

Hello doctor, I can hear a beep sound in my left ear, and especially during night times it is very audible. I've been using soliwax ear drops in night and cleaning the wax next morning. I've been under this medication since 10-15 days. But still I am facing the same problem, since 1 month. Please do suggest appropriate medication. Thank you.
