Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have done a nose surgery 9 months ago and every thing was fine with the using of doctors medecine discrebtion but now I am facing the same problem and I am not able to smell anything and I am getting nose bloking at morning time when I wake up every morning . the surgery was for removing the Polyps from the nose .

My ear is paining, may be because it needs to be clean. And I noticed I'm having little problem in hearing also. Can I clean it at home if yes than how.

I have a ear problem. excess of cerumin my ear in blocked. i used soda glycerine for a week but is did not work then i used antibiotic + corticosteroids ear drops it also did not work. i have hearing problem please suggest me.
