I have been having constant headaches, feeling of ear clog in my right inner ear tho’ when i blow in air it,i have a pop feeling. My lymph node just beneath my right ear is swollen and just at the front of the ear is also a bit swollen and tender to touch. What can be the cause?

Sinus infection

I have been having blocked nose for the past 5 days with yellowish mucus, mild headache. The constant blowing of nose to get rid of the mucus caused me to have ear pain, which lasts a few hours. Facial pressure when i face down. I would like to find out should i take antibiotics or should i just take otc paracetamols and decogestants.
