Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having blocking nose from day before yesterday.Then suddenly yesterday I got fever.My throat too started itching .I took Dolo tablet for fever and now I m feeling relieved.But blocking nose and itching throat continues.

I am facing consistent Nasal flow and eyes irritation for the last 3 year in winter. I consult different doctors regarding this issue. As per them I am facing allergic problems. However during this winter allergic medicines are not working from me. Kindly suggest a proper treatment for this problem thanks
