Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Theres a little kind of a ball in the right side of my neck it also hearts when i swallow.Few days ago the left side of my neck hurted with the same symptomes then it went to the right sode but with a little ball this time

I've coughing up since 3_4 days, I drinking boiled water, took medicine also. But not recovering. So what to do?

Hi I had wisdom teeth surgery two weeks ago and was intubated. Today I have pain when swallowing and burning up my throat. Is this as a result of the intubation. Should I be concerned that it is still painful to swallow?
