Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Whole day I keep on sneezing everday. Accompanied with severe cold. & headache. I take montair for relief. At times medicine cures It & at times its useless. I have tried almost all home remedies like steam, honey with warm water etc. But of no use. There is always irritation in nose & sneezing all the time irrespective of day & night.. Indoor outdoor. Plzz suggest.

I get cold and sour throat every month . 10 days every month is spend in taking antibiotics and other medicines . sometimes it gets severe and take 15 days to come to normal and still its not normal about 10% problem is always there.

I really love perfume , but every time I wear it, i seem to get headaches and my tmj flares up bad . Is there anyway i can wear perfume without going through this ?

Having runny and blocked nose with clear discharge for more than 30days now. It's gets severe with climate change and get back to normal after a few sneezes .. since it dint clear within two weeks, I thought I better take advice regarding seeing a doctor.

Is it normal for a nose piercing bump to remain and heal aftr 5months as it doesn't pain or anything?

I wore a headset last night for some 1 hr. I don't know what happened, but after 2 - 3 hours after removing the headset, a little bump (like a mole and big in size) created inside my ear. It is paining but not so painful. (Attached the image for your reference). From last night (It's been some 12 - 14 hrs now) and this little black bump developed in a matter of an hour and not so pa I don't know what cause this and what medicines to take and the treatment for this. Please suggest and advise.
