I believe that whet ei am specifically experiencing the pain is in my columella? it is the part under my nose that is connected to my upper lip. i haven’t been hit in the face and whether i touch it or leave it alone i experience the pain. it has been going on for 2 days now.

I have continuous cough problems for last 2 months. Normal local doctors prescribed cough syrup and medicines, which gave me only 10% relief from persistent cough. I dont have any other health issue. Post consulting an ENT specialist, my eosinophil count showed as 700/cmm. whereas the range must be 30-350/cmm. He said because of that i have become allergic. The specialist gave me medicine for 7-8 days post which i have again started to cough. Kindly suggest what can be done to reduce this count

I have strep throat, now I am concerned I am showing signs of sepsis. I do not have a rash but my mouth and teeth feel very numb, also mild numbness on my forehead. I am currently taking and gargling dissolvable aspirin to reduce swelling a fever, thinking it could potentially be a side effect?
