I'm balance, vertigo
Hi Dr, I am 30 year old, I m having high blood medicine Betcap TR 40mg daily, I m feeling vertigo while walking since 2.6years, but 10year ago I have got ear surgery for infection called MRM surgery , after now in MRI report showing me as fluid filled in mastoid air cell, this what causing vertigo now or some other reason please help me.

Vertigo lasting for more than two years needs to be evaluated in detail by clinical examination and sometimes using specialized tests such as videonystagmography. Fluid in mastoid air cells is normal after MRM and nothing much to worry about that
