For the past week I’ve had a really bad cough. I’ve been coughing up phlegm. I don’t have a lot of symptoms of a cold. I have a little nasal congestion, but not much. Symptoms are pretty bad at night and in the morning. My chest rattles when I cough which is starting to make my chest sore as well. I take ibuprofen which seems to help the most.

My left ear is blocked since a week. Can't hear properly. Feels as if ballons are bursting inside my ear. Eardrop did not help much. Please let me any other way to solve this issue as it's actually affecting my work.

Hi I got my blood tests done the other day. Wasn't for any particular reason, just a general check up. A few things stood out. Absolute lymphocyte count. 3.49 Mean corpuscular haemoglobin 32.2 Amylase 104 Apolipoprotien a1 102 Homocysteine 56 Transferrin saturation 49.69 Ferretin 335.6 I just wanted to know if any of these or a combination of these is a matter for concern.
