Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Light Cough and stuffy runny nose for almost 3 months. Feel completely fine otherwise, never had a fever or really felt sick and no problem with shortness of breath. Barely coughing up phlegm. When I do it's a light yellow cream. Went to doc and she checked me out and listened to my lungs and said I didn't have bronch, or pneumonia. Gave me an inhaler for the cough with a steroid and still not going away. Should I go back? I called and she said just continue the inhaler. But I'm worried still.
